Sažetak
Seasonal variability of hydrographic properties were examined from in-situ temperature, salinity, density, tansparency, color, and turbidity data from ships and platforms, collected in the Northern Adriatic in the IVANA and IKA gas fields. The main characteristics of this area is vertical homogeneity in winter and a very stable stratification in summer. IVANA field is characterized by more intensive mixing, than IKA field. Salinity range was much higher in IVANA field, due to a stronger fresh water inflows of the Po river, which also influences considerably transparency, turbidity and color of the IVANA field.
