Sažetak
In our recent work we prepared several oligopeptides of the type Boc(Ala)nFca(Ala)mOMe (n = 0-2 ; m = 1-3) starting from 1-(N-butoxycarbonylamino)-ferrocene-1-carboxylic acid (1, Boc-Fca) and using EDC/ HOBt protocol. Inter alia we demonstrated that dipeptide (n=0 ; m=1) exerted helical chirality caused by intramolecular H-bond [1, 2]. These results encouraged us to prepare the series of the analogous dipeptides BocFca(AA) OMe (2) (AA = Pro, Phe, Met, Leu, Cys, His, Lys, Gly, Val) as well as the dipeptides X(AA)FcaOMe (3 ; AA = Ala, Ser ; X = Boc, Fmoc). The compounds 2 were synthesized by coupling Boc-Fca 1 and esters of natural amino acids using EDC/ HOBt method. The preparation of dipeptides 3 was performed by reaction of N-deprotected Boc-Fca-OMe with X-AAs under the similar conditions. The characterization of dipeptides prepared was carried out in crystalline state and in solution, by means of X-ray, spectral and electrochemical methods.
