Sažetak
Doses of 200 mg/kg of SL 76002 elevate the plasma corticosterone (CS) level, and this effect was evident 30, 60, 120 but not 240 min following the highest dose of drug applied. The fact that SL 76002 has only a stimulatory influence on plasma CS differentiates this drug from diazepam (another drug which potentiates GABAergic transmission) which affects the plasma CS level in two opposite ways, depending on the dose used.
