Sažetak
Every tourism destination should have a consistently profiled and original tourism offer of its own, which makes it competitive to similar tourism destinations, and which means it is also directed toward a competitive target market of tourism industry consumers. Practically, this implies that a tourism destination needs to be properly positioned on the market, with regard to both the existing tourist demand and the competitors present on the tourist market. If this is not the case, the course of action required clearly involves repositioning the tourism destination, again taking into account both the current tourist demand and the competitors present on the tourist market.
