Sažetak
The best supportive care in patients with nonresectable cancer of the biliary system or advanced a gallbladder cancer is not considered as sufficient. The aim of the study was to evaluate effectiveness of gemcitabine and cisplatine for patients with nonresectable cancer of the biliary system with advanced gallbladder cancer. Conclusion: The results indicate that the treatment of gallbladder cancer and nonresectable cancer of the biliary system with gemcitabine and cisplatin is effective , well tolerated and eeds to clinical benefit.
