Sažetak
The paper focuses on Catholic parishes founded in local urban communities during second half of the 20th century in New Zagreb. Both the organizational aspect and the everyday life practice of religion in newly built residential neighborhoods is presented. Religious communities are interpreted as tacit segment of socialist urban development with significantly changed role in local urban communities in post-socialist 1990s.
