Sažetak
Accurate fabrication, subassembly and assembly of the ship's hull sections are key of the efficient and productive production. Problems related to inaccuracy become most prominent in the section subassembly and the hull assembly stage on the building berth. For all that huge rate of reworks are often necessary and they becomes significant production costs. Goal of the dimensional and shape control in the shipbuilding production process is to reduce amount of man-hours and costs of reworks. Paper presents use of the photogrammetry in dimension and shape control of the ship's hull sections. Theoretical basis of the method and measurement procedure with photogrammetric system is described. Also, measurement equipment and the TRITOP software are presented. Computer program TRITOP is used for results processing and analysis. Measurement procedure is illustrated by an example in which the stern section assembling in the ship's hull is analyzed. Connecting places of the section and hull are taken down and virtual joined in the computer. Dimension and shape deviations are found and necessary corrections are proposed. Conclusion contains advantages of the photogrammetry method usage in dimension and shape control, development and guidelines for future application.
