Sažetak
The dynamic testing of bridges is usually carried out by measuring dynamic characteristic due to a moving load over the bridge at one or more points. The damage detection method from displacement-in-time function is developed to avoid the need for many measurement points. This method can be used for both the simply supported and the continuous beams. The deflection slope difference and the deflection curvature difference are reliable indicators for damage location.
