Sažetak
Overestimated, even labeled as the first post-war neo-avantgarde, geometric abstraction apperaed in Croatian art at the beginning of the 1950s'. The text gives a thorough analysis of the critical reception concerning geometrical abstraction, forgrounding its strong ties with the changes in State intenational policy, and social transformation induced by the ideological project of "self-managing socialism".
