Sažetak
Assessment of the quality of water resources requires an adequate and comptatible base of relevant hydrologic and related information. This type of database is needed to assess, analyze, and recommended solutions for the multiplicity of water-related problems. The purpose of this article is define the possible scope, quantity and quality of water-related database and develop a series of recommendations to make water-related data more compatible, comparable, and available to scientists and organizationa conducting water-resource investigations.
