Sažetak
The sulphonamides are stable chemoterapeutics used against the bacterial disease affecting bees, known as American foulbrood (Bacillus larvae). Due to their degradation time the possibility od their residues appearance in honey of treated animals can happend. Their presence in the concentration above limit value is the potential danger to the human health. In Croatia the limit value for sulphonamides is up 100 ug/kg. Therefore we deveoloped simple and rapid method for determination of 11 sulphonamides. The presence of sulphonamides in honey was investigated. The samples were homogenized and cleaned eith extraction on solid phase by using Chromabond C18 ec cartridge. The cleaned samples were analysed by HPLC-MS method. The method was efficient for detection of 11 sulphonamides. Detection limit of 25ug/kg for each of the parameters for efficiency were determined (temperature, pH of mobile phase and acetic buffer). The investigations showed that 20 samples (20 samples of domestic honey) didn't have the sulphonamide quantity above the limit value.
