Sažetak
In this paper, the authors have found anatomical basis for access to N. hypoglossus and n. lingualis in fallow deer (Dama dama L.) and the possibility of performance and duration of anesthesia in surgery on the head and tongue fallow deer. On access points, some with the help of orientational points, access to the n. hypoglossusa in four ways: 1 through the foramen n. hypoglossi ; 2nd the cranial edge of the gl. mandibularis ; 3rd from space ; 4th from the oral cavity. Do n. lingualis access are three ways: 1 from the oral cavity ; 2nd from space ; 3rd on the border of proximal and middle third caudalic edge Ramus mandibulae. Access sites were used in the application of the 30 deer (15 females and 15 males) aged 2 to 6 years. Used to block a nerve by 1% scandicain ( "Astra" Chemical GmbH) in the amount of 2 to 4 ml, depending on site access. The paper described an exhaustive approach to the nerves and the advantages and drawbacks of each method, where the authors conclude that access to n. hypoglossus most unfavorable to the foramen n. hypoglossi because of the complexity of the anatomical relationships, and proximity to a. carotis interna, N. vagus and n. accesorius, and the most acceptable approach from space. Do n. lingualis most acceptable approach from the mandibular spatium something more cranialic of incisura vasorum, as n. lingualis here at least in contact with other structures, but also not much worse, or access to the process, the amount lingualis. Access this type is very easy to draw and n. hypoglossus and also excludes the sensitivity and motor language.
