Is it possible to apply management theories deveoped in one cultural environment (mostly American and Anglo-Saxon management theories) in culturaly different environment? There are substantial cultural constraints to management theories especially in the field of motivation, leadership and organization theories, which has been proven by numerous failues to their implementation.
