Sažetak
The aim of our study was to assess the relationship between atrazine as herbicidial shemical substances and contamination of groundwater and well water samples collected in agricultural areas over the period of one year. Enzyme immunoassay (ELISA) as a "screening" method and combination of high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) as confirmative method, for measurement of residues of atrazine in water samples was used.
