Sažetak
As more and more organizations engage in work, which spans national boundaries, more and more projects span national boundaries as well. It is not exceptional to find companies from four, five or even more countries working together in a single project. This paper is set to investigate the process of working in multicultural environment in transition country such as the Republic of Croatia is at the moment. This influence of cultural differences is considered though key issues – authority, responsibility, power, time, conflicts, risk, communication, organization, agreements and contracts, in Landfill remediation project in Croatia.
