Sažetak
The gamut theme has been researched in recent years in many branches of the human acitivities combined with media and visual communications such as television and video technique, Internet and even with some determined areas from medicine (endoscopy). Different media used in everyday life for the distribution of information posses limitations which refer to the set of information that can be comprised and presented. Visual media are limited by the quantity of information about the colour which can be presented. The same is valid for the media used in the process of the graphic reproduction (scanners, digital cameras, monitors, different printers, digital and classic printing machines)
