Sažetak
The article presents a conceptual model of the measurement line (ML) for the static torque. The modular concept of the ML design has been developed in order to meet the requirements of the future new ML or redesign or upgrade of the existing ones. Based on the data collected in the previous measures, e.g. torque wrench ranges, number of calibrations performed, verity of devices etc. the design specification can be developed for the specific measurement requirements. Due to the modular design the model can be rearranged and adopted to particular measurement tasks. The design validation is based on a set of measurable criteria, namely: ability to record torque changes continuously, measurement accuracy and the return of investment in the new equipment.
