Sažetak
The technical and organisational problems that are present in exploitation of old buildings, and produce the necessity for their reconstruction will be analysed. The important phases of reconstruction projects will be structured and analysed with regard to problems that appear in each of them, what will be explained on case studies. The paper will discuss the importance of the investor in the reconstruction projects. The model of reconstruction projects realisation will be presented.
