Sažetak
Following the current trend in the field of special education for studies about changes in the society that are necessary for including people with special needs, we aimed our work towards the continual education of teachers. We created an educational program for teachers and applied it in an experimental way. This study emphasises the importance of continual support for teachers that will also include the emotional part of personality.
