Sažetak
The increasing number of environmentally significant pesticides requires the development of an analytical method that allows simultaneous determination of different pesticides with minimum extraction and clean-up steps. Because of the low analyte concentration levels and complex matrix composition it is necessary to preconcentrate select group of pesticides and clean-up the samples from interfering components. Procedure for pesticide analysis in water usually contain the following steps: sampling, sample preparation, fractionation and final determination. [1] In this work an analytical method has been developed for determination of pesticides alachlor, atrazine and  -cypermethrin in water. The method includes solid-phase extraction (SPE) as a method for concentration of mentioned pesticides from water samples, and thin-layer chromatography (TLC) as a separation and determination method.
