Sažetak
The weight of the body as dynamic loading force is transmitted through the auricular surfaces to the ilium (pelvic ring) and to the upper part of the acetabulum causing compressive stresses in the bony elements and tensile stresses in the sacroiliac ligamentary complex. Both, compressive and tensile stresses through dynamic cycle of the locomotion in different areas of the auricular surface as well as in different groups of the sacroiliac ligaments.Analysing large number of parameters we tried to define geometric shape of the iliac structures and areas of particular importance in biomechanics of the loading force transmission from the spine to the pelvic ring we tried to present obtained data numerically.. During pelvic ring development from childhood (2y.) to the adulthood the size of the auricular surface increases 4 times and iliac tuberosity almost 5 times.
