Sažetak
The first part of this Yearbook contains doctrinal papers on resolving punitive-damages conflicts, on the Hague Conference Working Group Draft on Choice of Court Agreements and on conversion of the Rome convention on contracts into a EC instrument. Furthermore, it contains national reports on Korean, Bulgarian and Slovenian private international laws. The following topics presented are: the work in progress at the Hague Conference on Private International Law (2002-2003) and the EC projects in the field of private international law. The part titled "Forum" contains articles on the French view to private international law aspects of non-marital unions and on the development of a European private internationa law and the Hague Conference. The last part of the book contains the texts, materials and recent developments in the field, in addition to the book reviews and list of the received books.
