Sažetak
Between plenty of positive and negative effects of the process of globalisation into national national economies, there is also one which is separately interesting for Croatia: the mobility of labour potency. And whilst this effect is clearly positive for countries that gets qualified labour potency, for countries that give it away (between which is also Croatia) this effect is introducing a thoughtful problem, with long-range consequence. By considering this problem, it is required to accept clearly the reality, that backwardness to globalisation would mean lose in progress, stagnation and isolation up to the world. Instead of this, it is necesary to accept the process of globalisation as an imminence, but to participate into its processes in a way that can mostly contribute the economy growth. Up to this, it is required to start from experiences from other transition countries and to compare their results, but also from requests and interests which are set by globalisation holders. All this is required to be set into a specific historic frame in which the croatian economy has grown up. The problem of the departure of the labour potency is required to be worked out exactly by the aid of globalisation and in no account by setting against globalisation. The problem of the departure of labour potency is continuously present in the croatian economy and is not solely a consequence of the process of globalisation. Can exactly the process of globalisation contribute in solving this problem? In this work it will be attempted to give away suggestions how Croatia should not only accept the process of globalisation, than how Croatia can be one of its actively partners and to set also into function its comparative and competitive advantages. Moreover, suggestions would be given for the positive inclusion of the process of globalisation into the restructuring of the economy and for solving the problem of the departure of the labour potency, whereby qualitative postulations would be opened for a long-range economy development.
