Sažetak
In a two-body nuclear process, T(i, 1)2, with nonzero Q-value for a given scattering angle of outgoing particle 1 the angle of associated particle 2 changes with the energy of projectile i. For some reactions at low energies the change is large - several degrees for a 100 keV difference in incident energy. This fact coupled with the availability of high resolution position sensitive detectors and focused beams raises the hopes for its use in different applications. The depth profiling could be one of them. The proposed coincidence technique, its comparison with available alternatives for depth profiling as well as some preliminary results will be discussed
