Sažetak
One hundred samples of human, cattle, pig, dog and cat venous blood, twenty samples of each origin, were tested for anticoagulation and fibrinolytic activity elicited by tissue extract of Eisenia foetida (G-90). Lysis of fibrin clots in euglobulinic test by the addition of G-90 were more rapid than physiological lysis in the control groups. One-mi G-90 in a concentration of 105 ng/ml, added to on 1 ml plasma, reduced clot lysis time by 40%, and 10-3 ng/ml G-90 on 1 ml plasma reduced the time for 25%. Ten μl of G-90 in concentrations of 105 ng and 104 ng per 1 ml blood, inhibited blood clotting completely, while lower concentrations of G-90 postponed blood clotting from 15-70 minutes, depending on concentrations of G-90.
