Sažetak
The danger of caustic potential of the wet cement was presented in patient with toxic ulceronecrotic dermatitis of both shines caused by three hours kneeling in the wet cement. The third degree chemical burns developed on the skin due to prolonged contact with wet cement.The wound were debrided, the local therapy consisted of ointments with corticosteroid and antibiotics, hydrocolloid dressing, systematically antibiotics, analgetics and antipyretics.
