Sažetak
The nore complete the destruction of the biological matrice, the better chance to carry on an accurate multielemental analysis with the differential pulsed anodic stripping voltametry. Standard temperature reccomentations for the biological matrix destruction is 450 degrees Celsius ; we demonstrated that temperatures up to 600 C can be used without unwanted mutual metal interferences if, and only if, the rate of metal loss is the same for the certified human whole blood reference material and the unknown whole blood sample.
