Sažetak
Certain quantity indicators presented themselves in the answers given during the survey aimed at researching the elements of organisation culture. This paper consists of quantity indicators obtained by surveying the employees of one company. Invisible and visible elements of organisation culture in the pharmaceutics branch are encompassed by the research. Guidelines for management actions pertaining to organisation culture may be presented based on such indicators.
