Sažetak
Five commercially important autochthonous cultivars were surveyed for the presence of virus and virus-like diseases during the general project of collection, clonal selection and grapevine genotyping in Istria, Croatia. Symptoms of fanleaf and leafroll degeneration, rugose wood and chlorotic mottling were observed. Viruses tested by ELISA were: grapevine fanleaf virus (GFLV), grapevine fleck virus (GFkV), Arabis mosaic virus (ArMV), grapevine virus A (GVA) and grapevine leafroll associated viruses 1 and 3 (GLRaV 1 and GLRaV 3). All these viruses except ArMV were detected and some cultivars were 100% infected by GLRaV 3. Mixed infections, most frequently by GFkV and GLRaV 3 were also identified.
