Sažetak
With general globalisation and the development of information and technology in recent years, the number of cooperation unions and networks has considerably risen. Apart from the cooperation between leading world firms in the individual branchesof industry, there is also mutal cooperation between the leading world firms and their suppliers. The supplier industry is cecoming increasingly significant in the forming of firms linked with networks both at regional and world levels. In order to include Croatian wood processing firms and furniture manufactures into the European supplier industry, the following criteria must be satisfied ; flexibility, produczt and service quality, prices and delivery terms. Since Croatian wood processing and furniture manufacturers and mostly incapable of meeting these requirements, their reorganisation should be carried out. This article lists the most important organisation conditions to be fulfilled by Croatian manufacturers in order to be accepted by the European and world supplier industry
