Sažetak
The most important factor of sustainable agriculture is effective manipulation of nitrogen. Thus, the main aim of these investigations was evaluation of Bioalgeen-S90 as a growth stimulator as well as soybean inoculation with different B. japonicum strains on nodulation and soybean yield. In order to achieve answers for more efficient use of symbiotic nitrogen fixation, laboratory tests, greenhouse experiments and field trials were carried out. Laboratory tests determined subsistence of compatibility between used B. japonicum strains D344 and USDA110 with soybean cultivar Tisa which was used in all experiments as a test crop. Influence evaluation was done in greenhouse experiments of Bioalgeen as well as inoculation of soybean seed with D344 on nodulation and effectiveness of symbiotic nitrogen fixation. Foliar application of Bioalgeen had significant influence on increase of nitrogen percent in aboveground part of the plant and in the steam. Soybean seed inoculation had significant positive impact upon all investigated characteristics of the experiment. Field trial results showed important role of soil type on investigated parameters. Bioalgeen S-90 had statistically significant influence upon number and nodule dry weight, soybean yield and seed protein content in comparison to control variant. Soybean seed inoculation with used B. japonicum strains resulted in significant differences compared to all investigated characteristics except on clorophyll a content. Bioalgeen S-90 had positive influence on nodule number, ureide concentration in xylem, soybean yield and protein content. The most superior effect on yield and grain protein content had combinated application of Bioalgeen and B. japonicum strains used in investigations.
