Sažetak
Topological properties of some garment articles are presented, together with the application of these properties in modelling and designing these articles. Homoeomorphic copying, as topological invariants, are shown on garment articles of the same type in a 3D space. Homoeomorphism has been detected on the garment articles modelled for the purpose of making a cutting pattern for a particular model of an article of clothing, or when modelled by precise individual bodily measures. Using the Euler's characteristic, a result of the Euler's theorem, it is possible to disassemble the model into polygons, homoeomorphic to a circle, as well as to define cutting parts constituting particular model of an article of clothing.
