Sažetak
In the last fifteen years, the terms quality management have been used quite often by professionals in the contexts of production processes, teaching and scientific research. The terms quality and quality management are also a very interesting subject matter of sui generis search. Lately, experts have been pointing out in professional journals to the exaggerated use of this concept. They believe that quality and quality management cannot solve every business problem and that their usage should be based on professionalism and not amateurism. However, from practice, we can see that the sublimation of these concept brings about a faster way of accepting and implementing this type of management in less developed countries, where companies expire to greater share on the national and international market.
