Sažetak
Decades and centuries of one-sided profit-based behaviour have accumulated many problems and now they require a more holistic patter. A part of it is the socially responsible behaviour of an enterprise that should be holistic one. It needs system thinking. This is especially evident from two main dimensions of Corporate Social Responsibility, namely, of internal and external social responsibility. The rise of social criteria, of their selective role in many transactions demands that CSR should be carefully managed. The holistic analysis is the first step having multiple benefits for wise CSR engagement and the balanced corporate performance
