Sažetak
By socially responsible behaviour enterprises contribute to the sustainable society. At the same time, the concept of social responsibility presents a great challenge for reputation and competitive edge of enterprises, as it is decisive for the relationship with variety of stakeholders. Some findings about socially responsible behaviour of SMEs in Slovenia and in the EU are relevant to summarise CSR importance for the relationship with the external community of an enterprise.
