Sažetak
The progress made in the last two decades in lab scale applications of various coenzyme regeneration systems has been mainly focused on the applications of NAD+/NADH- and NADP+/NADPH- dependent oxidoreductase reactions. For these reactions whole cells, enzymatic, electro- enzymatic, chemical and photochemical in situ regeneration system as well as aspects of their efficiency and novelty are presented. The progress of enzyme reaction engineering is also reported.
