Sažetak
A brief overview is given of Electrochemical impedance spectroscopy including definitions, applications, advantages, drawbacks and general model evaluation procedure for the frequency dispersion of the metal/electrolyte solution electrode impedance. Experimental impedance spectra measured for some noble metal thin film electrodes (Rh and Ru in H_2SO_4 electrolyte solution) at different polarization potentials are analysed by use of specific models and discussed in terms of particular values of impedance parameters and continuity of their changes in different experimental conditions.
