Sažetak
The subject of this paper is the pre-Roman coins from the numismatic collection of the Museum of Croatian Archaeological Monuments, initially collected by the founder of this museum, Franciscan friar Lujo Marun. There are two coins of the Greek colony Issa on the island of Vis, while Numidia and Carthage are represented by thirteen coins each. Sixteen coins were discovered on known sites located in Northern Dalmatia. They all have long settlement continuity from prehistory to the Middle Ages.
