Sažetak
In this stusy, a review of the course of metastatic lung cancer suggested that a relatively rare complication of metastatic lung cancer (diabetes insipidus and hypogonydotropic hypogonadism) might at the same time be the initial manifestation of the disease, with the patients respiratory status corresponding to that expected concerning his age and chronic cigarette smoking.this case pointed once again to the need of reliable, simple and noninvasive screening tests to allow detection of neoplastic lung processes at an early stage.
