Sažetak
The potential for inhibition of aflatoxin accumulation by aflatoxigenic fungus Aspergillus parasiticus NRRL 2999 was investigated using the dehydroacetic acid and the newly synthesized Schiff base in yeast extract sucrose medium at pH 6,0. Mycelial dry weights were determinated gravimetrically, and concentration of aflatoxins were measured fluorodensitometrically.
