Sažetak
Marek's disease (MD) is controled by caccines containing specific lentogenic strais or related herpesvirus of turkey (HVT). The purpose of the study was to evaluate safety and immunogenicity of HVT vaccine applied by nebulization to newly hatched chickens. Aerosol device SONOVAC 95 creates aerosol of HVT water suspencion 95 % of particles range 2 to 5 micro m in diameter. One hundred chickens at once are exposed to aerosol for 30 seconds. One day old layers vere used. Viremia test was performed at day 10. The used HVT vaccine was safe and immunogenic in both experiments. The small particle of aerosol did not cause any negative vaccinal reaction.
