Sažetak
The forty-two male volleyball players, members of the four best ranking Croatian teams in season 2000/2001. served as subject for this research. Twenty morphological measurements were selected. The results indicated that elite Croatian volleyball players are similar in anthropometric characteristics to volleyball players in other countries. Absence of significant differences between volleyball players in different playing positions can be explained by the fact that most of the game tasks are common to all players.
