Sažetak
The paper analyzes the impact that the digital revolution, along with the acceleration of market movements, had on the legislative framework of the European Union. Special emphasis is placed on the so-called Digital Directives Package - Directive (EU) 2019/770 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 20 May 2019 on certain aspects concerning contracts for the supply of digital content and digital services and the Directive (EU) 2019/771 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 20 May 2019 on certain aspects concerning contracts for the sale of goods. Both directives improve the functioning of the Digital Single Market and ensure the exploitation of its full potential.
