Sažetak
The modern and competitive agricultural production means the use of highly sophisticated machines which demand well educated operators, hihg-grade organization, service-preventive maintenance, adequate technical protection and garaging of the agricultural machines after their seasonal use. The meaning of the agricultural mechanization which has a significant influence on the cost of the product shows that s competitive agricultural production can be achieved among others by lessening the cost of the agricultural mechanization. Therefore the accurate use and maintenance of the agricultural machines are very important factors of the agricultural production. The specific characteristic of the most agricultural machines in shown in their seasonal use (which means at a specific time of the year). From the above mentioned it can be said that it is very important to organize a regular admission of the machines, their service-preventive maintenance, technical protection (conservation) and the garaging of the machines. This not only increases the reliability of the machinery use but also increases the safety of the public transport (the part of which are agricultural machines). This work provides a survey on the measurements of the service-preventive maintenance of the agricultural machines as well as their influence on the above mentioned factors.
