Sažetak
During the last few decades minimally invasive surgery has proven its value in everyday surgery tasks. Sophistication and technical advance of instruments and materials has made laparoscopic procedures safer and easier to perform, but basic skills are still the cornerstone of every successful treatment. We would like to emphasis the importance of continuous training of basic skills in order to achieve excellent results in operating theater .
