Sažetak
In this presentation, we reviewed the literature on the complications of breast reconstruction in the context of adjuvant and neoadjuvant systemic therapy and expected irradiation. We also reviewed the complications of the aforementioned procedures in our institution and proposed an algorithm for breast reconstruction management based on our experience (120 reconstructions per year, University Hospital for Tumors, Zagreb).
