Presented are plasma polymerisation processes in hydrocarbon plasmas.In situ fourrier analysis reveals differences in spectra if the carrier gas was changed, . Possibility of oxidation and watter gattering on the dust surfaces. Analysis of possible precursos and grwoth pathaways.
