Sažetak
During the migrant crisis in 2015/2016 Croatian Government established the Headquarter for the coordination of activities in order to ensure adequate shelter, food, sanitation and health-care for arriving migrants, with the legal framework consisting of the Act on Protection of Population against Communicable Diseases, Regulation on the content of medical examination of asylum seekers, asylees, foreigners under temporary protection and foreigners under subsidiary protection, and the Act on International and Temporary Protection. According to the provisions of those legal acts, migrants younger than 35 years of age should receive one dose of vaccine against measles, polio, tetanus and diphtheria, while children aged 14 years and younger should receive all vaccines respective to their age according the mandatory Croatian immunization programme, free of charge.
