Sažetak
Two patients with congenital duodenal obstruction due to annular pancreas, treated with laparoscopic duodenoduodenostomy and duodenojejunostomy are presented. Newborns born at 36 and 38 weeks of gestation, with birth weight of 2300 and 3140 g, were operated on second and third day of life after radiological evaluation revealed typical double bubble sign. Diamond shape laparoscopic duodenojejunostomy and duodenoduodenostomy with intracorporeal running suture anastomosis was performed. Both children had annular pancreas as a cause of obstruction and were both discharged on 9th postoperative day with full enteral feeding. Laparoscopic treatment of congenital duodenal obstruction can be safe alternative to open surgery
