Sažetak
Characteristics of Pharmacy Education in Croatia: 2 Pharmacy studies ; state funded ; urban areas: 5 year university education at Masters level, both award the Master of Pharmacy as the only entry- level degree for practising pharmacists. University of Zagreb Faculty of Pharmacy and Biochemistry-the only independent Faculty in Croatia. 1882.-Pharmacy studies started at the Univerity of Zagreb and since 1986 the Faculty organizes 2 study programmes: pharmacy and medicalbiochemistry. Faculty is the only institution in the Republic of Croatia that offers postgraduate doctoral study programme Pharmaceutical-Biochemical Sciences doctoral study programme in two modules and 6 postgraduate specialist study programmes: Clinical Pharmacy(since2010), Drug Development, Medical Biochemistry and Laboratory Medicine , Phytopharmacy and Dietotherapy, Dermatopharmacy and Cosmetology and Molecular Diagnostics.
